Vehicles Are Parked At Owners Risk
Reasonable care is given to vehicles left in the lot, however, Watch Hill Parking is not responsible for loss or damage due to fire, theft, vandalism, breakage or collision. Articles left in a vehicle are done so at owner's own risk.

Violations
Violations of any Parking Policy will result in the vehicle being red-ticketed and/or towed from the property at the owner's sole expense and risk of damage.

- Trucks, motorcycles, and R.V.s are not permitted
- Pets are not allowed
- "Ins & Outs" are not allowed
- Vehicle extensions such as Thules, trailers, and bike racks are NOT permitted
Requirements Per Reservation
- Parking customers must provide year, make, model, color, and license plate of the vehicle(s)
- No vehicle substitutions
- Vehicles must pull into, not back into, spaces
- Speed Limit is 5 mph
Additional Information
- We do not accept same day reservations
- Reservations are to be made on or by the day before - or any time sooner than - the desired reservation date. We recommend reserving your parking at least 24-48 hours in advance of the desired reservation date
- All reservations must be pre-paid by credit card
- Parking reservations are accepted on a "first come, first served" basis
- Payment is non-refundable and non-transferable
- Daily parking is from 9 AM to sunset. (Additional fees may be applied if parked overnight)
- We no longer accept reservations by telephone.
- Parking toilets are ONLY available while parking attendants are on duty
